True Multitouch Jukebox

added May 5, 2009 by Area80

True Corporation comes to us with an initiative idea to launch the first touch screen jukebox in Thailand with multi-touch technology.

To corporate with this leading creative thought, we present infrared multi-touch technology and the Jukebox that can update music and MV through CMS web because the size of the screen is bigger than usual and the maintenance cost for Infrared multi-touch is cheaper.

We had designed the touch screen that could entertain users as a MV player, music player, and high tech modern plaything – all in one. The multi-touch jukebox works the same way as any other coin-operated jukebox machine, only that it’s a smartcard basis. Users can choose to play “Hit Music” box or try listening to artists’ favorite. Moreover, in the process of song choosing, we added “Physics Engine” animation to make to jukebox much more realistic for users. With multi-touch technology, users can zoom the simulate physical-CD in and out and they can choose the song at the same time with their friends.

added January 4, 2009 by Area80

Get updates for the coming up party and enjoy yourself for the photos of previous party in Ballantine’s Leave an Impression party website. Here you will find thousands of photos from the previously great event from Ballantine’s. More over, you will get updates for upcoming events which the most recognizable and the most enjoyable is the Tag Bangkok Event.

“Tag Ballentine” is the event what will paint the massages from online users on various city high towers’ wall by using laser. Then, broadcast the video clip on Ballentine’s website that we had created an online interactive activity for online users. To support this event campaign, on the website, there’s an activity that users can help construct the simulate city tower floor by floor to reach the highest possibility (which is infinity). On that simulate city tower, each room on each floor would contain each user’s message which will shown along with the video clip after click on that specific room.

Moreover, we developed more user-friendly function on the Gallery section of Leave Impression Party. On each gallery, there’re more than 400-500 event pictures which normally could effect downloading time. As a result, we programmed animation Gallery which can Cache Image in RAM  and be able to preload all the data before display so that users can view all pictures continuously without any interruption causing by oversize data. Last but not least, the picture would display accordingly to the size of user’s screen without any scrolling needed.

Krung-Sri Yellow Points

added August 4, 2008 by Area80

This Krung-Sri Yellow Points ATM and debit card campaign, we have created both website and games using characters of 2 superstars – Nut and Tol, the campaign presenters. We have designed an online game to be inline with the campaign’s TV advertises at that moment.

On the game, your chosen characters (Nut or Tol) will have to flee from the fans and smack the Krungsri ATM machines with the head to collect the score. If the character runs too slow or tumbles, the fans could get to him and the game will be over. Nut and Tol will run even faster if they can smack the ATM machine so hard, the harder characters can smack the machine, the more points they would get. If the fans get too close to the characters, they can throw out Krung-Sri card among fans to distract them with the card and buying these superstars sometimes to flee.

What make this game different are animations, sounds and camera program which will automatically follow the character, and zoom in and out according to the running speed and even when the character tumbles. Everything has programmed neatly for the most enjoyable moment of users so that they would highly impress with the campaign and presenters.

Singha Chatree

added November 25, 2007 by Area80

‘Song Lyrics composing contest’ campagne to synchronize with “Friends” MV, the song composed by Oam Chatree Kongsuwan. He’s not only composed the rhythm for this song, but also play solo guitar as well.

This campagne, we design and develop the website that users can watch MV and download song, then be able to submit their own lyric and sing along to participate in the contest. Moreover, they can listen to the other songs other contestants have been submitted.

We were using chord book as a theme of the website and created the looks of it as we’re in the same period of time with the MV, classical old time. We created the music player to look just like a radio transmitter that users can tune to the other channels to listen to the songs of other competitors. Along with this, people will see the lyric on the chord sheet music stand. Even on the registered page, users will feel like they’re opening the chord books to write their information down just like they’re composing the music.
